Estee Lauder is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Operations Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. This position offers remote work opportunities in Abu Dhabi, AE. As an Operations Associate at Estee Lauder, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of our business, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.

Responsibilities: 1. Assist in managing inventory levels and tracking shipments. 2. Work closely with the logistics team to coordinate deliveries and monitor product quality. 3. Support the operations manager in analyzing data and identifying areas for improvement. 4. Collaborate with various departments to streamline processes and optimize efficiency. 5. Provide administrative support as needed, including organizing files and preparing reports. 6. Conduct research and compile information to support decision-making processes. 7. Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.

Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in a related field. 2. Resilient and motivated personality traits. 3. Strong critical thinking skills and ability to problem solve. 4. Excellent time management and organizational abilities. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
