Operations Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and passionate Operations Associate to join our team at Hershey. This is a remote work position based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As an Operations Associate, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of our company, assisting in strategic planning, and presenting findings to stakeholders. This is a part-time position at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies and policies - Provide support in planning, organizing, and coordinating daily operations - Analyze operational data and prepare reports for management - Assist in the development of presentations for stakeholders - Collaborate with team members to improve operational efficiency - Maintain documentation and organize files related to operations - Conduct research on industry trends and best practices - Participate in strategic planning meetings and provide input on operational challenges and opportunities

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in operations or a related field - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a relevant field - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment - Passionate about driving operational excellence and continuous improvement - Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment - Strategic planning skills and ability to think critically about business operations
