Operations Associate - Remote Work

Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and independent Operations Associate to join our team at Harley-Davidson. This is a remote work position based in Abu Dhabi, AE. As an Operations Associate, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of our business, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.

Responsibilities: - Assist in the coordination and execution of various operational tasks - Maintain accurate records and documentation - Work closely with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks - Assist in problem-solving and troubleshooting operational issues - Prepare reports and presentations as needed - Collaborate with various departments to support overall business objectives - Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times - Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a similar role - Independent and confident individual - Strong problem-solving skills - Excellent presentation skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Strong communication skills - High attention to detail
