Responsibilities: 1. Assist in the day-to-day online operations of the company, including managing online transactions and customer accounts. 2. Troubleshoot any issues that arise during online transactions. 5. Assist in the development and implementation of new online processes. 6. Maintain accurate records of online transactions and activities.
