Online Operations Associate

Job Description:

Cardinal Health, a global healthcare solutions company, is seeking a part-time Online Operations Associate to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience and possess strong confidence and drive to excel in a fast-paced online environment.

Responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day online operations activities, including coordinating with various teams to ensure smooth operations - Monitor and optimize online processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness - Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive online initiatives - Provide support for online projects and initiatives as needed - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive in the online space

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field - Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Emotional intelligence to navigate complex situations and relationships - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with online platforms - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Confidence and drive to take on challenges and drive results
