Online Operations Associate

Job Description:

Western Union is seeking a motivated and reliable Online Operations Associate to join our team in Abu Dhabi on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for managing various online operations tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of our digital platforms.

Responsibilities: 1. Monitor and maintain the online platform to ensure optimal performance and user experience. 2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new features and enhancements. 3. Conduct regular quality assurance checks to identify and address any issues or bugs. 4. Analyze data and generate reports to track key performance indicators and inform decision-making. 5. Assist in developing and implementing strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. 6. Handle customer inquiries and provide support as needed. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online operations.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field. 2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in online operations or a similar role. 3. Strong project management and negotiation skills. 4. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software. 7. Knowledge of online payment systems and security protocols.
