Online Operations Associate

Job description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Online Operations Associate to join our team at Dubai Properties Group in Abu Dhabi. As an Entry Level position, this role is ideal for individuals looking to gain valuable experience in the real estate industry. The Online Operations Associate will be responsible for managing various online platforms and assisting with day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities: - Manage online listings and ensure accuracy and consistency across all platforms - Assist with online marketing campaigns and promotions - Respond to inquiries from potential clients in a timely and professional manner - Monitor online reviews and feedback, and address any issues or concerns - Coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless online experience for customers - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online operations

Requirements: - No prior experience required, but willingness to learn and grow within the role - Resourceful and dedicated mindset with a strong work ethic - Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to think innovatively and present ideas effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other online tools - Must be able to work part-time hours
