Online Operations Associate

Job Description:

Clorox is seeking a dynamic Online Operations Associate to join our team in Abu Dhabi, AE. As part of the Online Operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our e-commerce platform. This is a part-time Associate level position with a requirement of at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day operations of the online platform, including inventory management, order processing, and customer service. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize website performance, enhance user experience, and drive sales. - Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies to increase online revenue. - Assist in the development and execution of online marketing campaigns, promotions, and sales initiatives. - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure the online platform remains competitive in the market. - Provide support for any technical issues or customer inquiries related to the online platform.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - Passionate about e-commerce and digital marketing. - Confident in your ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members. - Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. - Highly adaptable to a fast-paced and constantly changing environment. - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and experience using e-commerce platforms. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
