Operations Associate

Citizens Financial Group is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Operations Associate to join our team in Dubai. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Coordinate day-to-day operations within the company, ensuring all processes run smoothly - Conduct analysis to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for optimization - Collaborate with team members to implement new initiatives and ensure successful outcomes - Maintain accurate records and documentation of all operational activities - Assist in the development and implementation of strategic plans to drive business growth - Manage and track spending for operations budget - Provide support to senior management in various operational tasks

Requirements: - Hardworking and adaptable with a strong work ethic - Excellent analytical skills and the ability to think strategically - Minimum of 4 years of experience in operations or a related field - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
