Operations Associate

Job Description:

Freddie Mac is seeking a part-time Operations Associate to join our team in Abu Dhabi, AE. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for candidates with a minimum of 4 years of experience in operations or a related field. The ideal candidate will be passionate and dedicated to their work, with strong research and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities: - Conduct research on various operational processes and procedures - Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for enhancements - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and increase efficiency - Assist in the implementation of new systems and procedures - Monitor operations to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations - Provide support to senior management in various operational tasks - Handle day-to-day operational tasks as assigned - Participate in continuous learning and development opportunities to enhance skills

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field - 4+ years of experience in operations or a similar role - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in MS Office applications - Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
