Remote Operations Associate

Job Description: Hilton Worldwide Holdings is seeking a part-time Remote Operations Associate to join our team in Dubai. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Collaborate with remote teams to ensure operational excellence - Manage and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines - Monitor and assess operational performance and identify areas for improvement - Coordinate with various departments to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency - Provide support to remote teams as needed - Communicate with clients and partners to ensure smooth operations - Monitor and maintain inventory levels - Report on key performance indicators and provide insights for strategic decision-making - Other duties as assigned

Requirements: - Reliable and motivated individual with a strong work ethic - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective cooperation with colleagues, clients, and partners - Strong leadership skills to drive operational success - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Visa sponsorship available - Parental leave benefits - Free accommodation provided
