Remote Operations Associate

Job Description: Nakheel Properties is seeking a part-time Remote Operations Associate to join our team in Dubai. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in operations and be energetic, resilient, adaptable, and persuasive in their approach to work.

Responsibilities: - Assist in the day-to-day operations of the company, remotely - Coordinate with various teams to ensure smooth operations - Handle incoming inquiries and provide excellent customer service - Assist in the development and implementation of new processes and procedures - Analyze data and generate reports as needed - Support the management team in various operational tasks

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in operations - Energetic and resilient personality traits - Strong adaptability and persuasion skills - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software
