Operations Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and hardworking Operations Associate to join our team at Voya Financial in Abu Dhabi. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of relevant experience and possess excellent project management and innovation skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Assist in the day-to-day operations of the company, including coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth workflow. 2. Support in the development and implementation of strategies to improve operational efficiency. 3. Process and analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement. 4. Collaborate with team members to execute on various projects and initiatives. 5. Provide administrative support as needed.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. 4+ years of experience in operations or a related field. 3. Strong project management and innovation skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
