Operations Associate

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as an Operations Associate at AK Steel Holding in Dubai. As an entry-level role, we are seeking candidates with at least 1 year of experience in a related field.

Responsibilities: - Assist in day-to-day operations of the company, including coordinating with various departments - Ensure smooth functioning of operations by problem-solving and addressing any issues that arise - Support the implementation of new initiatives and projects - Analyze data and provide reports to management on key performance indicators - Collaborate with team members to improve efficiency and productivity - Participate in meetings and presentations to communicate progress and plans

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Strong organizational and time-management skills - Persuasion and presentation skills - Passion for continuous learning and professional development
