Operations Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

Simon Property Group is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Operations Associate, you will have the opportunity to work from home, providing support to our Abu Dhabi location. This is an Associate Level position, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Assist in the day-to-day operations of the Abu Dhabi location, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of all processes. - Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records. - Collaborate with team members to develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency. - Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed. - Assist in the coordination of events and promotions at the location. - Provide exceptional customer service to all stakeholders, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.

Requirements: - Energetic and resourceful personality traits to thrive in a fast-paced environment. - Strong project management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively. - Creative mindset to generate innovative solutions to operational challenges. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
