Job Description:

Alliance Data Systems is seeking a confident and passionate Operations Associate to join our team. As a remote worker based in Abu Dhabi, AE, you will be responsible for supporting various operational tasks to ensure the smooth running of our business. This part-time position is at the associate level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities: - Execute daily operational tasks, such as data entry, report generation, and maintaining accurate records. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project delivery and operational efficiency. - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all operational activities. - Analyze data and provide actionable insights to drive operational improvements. - Handle customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses.

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. - Strong emotional intelligence and ability to work effectively in a team environment. - Excellent analytical skills with the ability to think critically and solve problems. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications. - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
