Marketing Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Marketing Associate to join our team at Emerson Electric in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As a Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for assisting with the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote our products and services.

Responsibilities: - Assist in creating and implementing marketing campaigns to drive sales and increase brand awareness - Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends - Support the development of marketing materials, including brochures, advertisements, and promotional materials - Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate marketing efforts and ensure consistency in messaging - Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns to determine their effectiveness - Maintain and update customer databases with relevant information - Assist in organizing events, trade shows, and other promotional activities - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in marketing

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field - 4 years of experience in marketing or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and marketing software - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail - Persuasion and planning abilities are a must - Experience with digital marketing and social media platforms is a plus
