Account Support Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

Berkshire Hathaway is seeking a dedicated Account Support Associate to join our team. This is a part-time position that allows you the flexibility to work from home in Dubai, AE. As an Associate Level professional with at least 4 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients in managing their accounts.

Responsibilities: 1. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions 2. Assist in the creation and maintenance of client account profiles 3. Manage client inquiries and provide timely responses 4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction 5. Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of client interactions 6. Assist in updating and maintaining client databases 7. Provide administrative support to the account management team

Requirements: 1. Resourceful and hardworking personality traits 2. Strong project management skills 3. Excellent decision-making abilities 4. At least 4 years of experience in a similar role 5. Excellent communication skills 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite 7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team 8. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
