Job Description:
As an Account Support Manager at Walgreens Boots Alliance in Abu Dhabi, Abu Dhabi, AE, you will play a crucial role in managing key client accounts and providing exceptional support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. This part-time position at a mid-to-senior level requires a minimum of 8 years of experience in account management or related fields.
Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the main point of contact for any account-related inquiries or issues - Develop and implement account strategies to meet and exceed client expectations and sales goals - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients - Monitor account performance and provide regular reports to internal and external stakeholders - Identify opportunities for account growth and lead efforts to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services - Resolve any client concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to proactively address client needs and maintain a competitive edge - Collaborate with the sales team to optimize revenue opportunities and drive business growth
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - 8+ years of experience in account management, business development, or a similar role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships with clients - Independent and self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously - Innovative mindset with the ability to adapt to changing business environments - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Ability to travel occasionally to meet with clients or attend industry events
