Job Description:
Genesis Healthcare is seeking a remote Account Support Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi, AE. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in account management or customer support. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, resilient, and possess strong soft skills in persuasion and negotiation.
Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the main point of contact for key client accounts, providing exceptional support and maintaining strong relationships. 2. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner. 3. Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products or services to clients. 4. Monitor account performance and provide regular reports to management. 5. Conduct regular check-ins with clients to gather feedback and address any concerns. 6. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates. 7. Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor activities to make informed recommendations to clients.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. 5+ years of experience in account management or customer support. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 7. Previous experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.
