Account Support Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

Darden Restaurants is seeking a highly motivated and organized Account Support Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. This position offers the unique opportunity to work from home, providing flexibility and work-life balance. As an Associate Level Account Support Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting with various account management tasks for our Abu Dhabi location.

Responsibilities: - Provide support to the account management team by entering data, maintaining records, and assisting with account maintenance tasks. - Communicate with clients via email, phone, and video conferencing to provide updates, answer questions, and address any concerns. - Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and other materials for client meetings and reviews. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner. - Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and company policies to provide informed support to clients. - Utilize internal systems and tools to track account progress, update records, and maintain accurate information.

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry. - Independent and reliable with the ability to work effectively from a remote location. - Strong emotional intelligence and excellent communication skills to build rapport with clients and internal teams. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. - Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
