American Electric Power is seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a work from home position located in Abu Dhabi, UAE, and is perfect for individuals who are looking to grow their career in business development.

Responsibilities: - Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients - Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients - Assist in creating and implementing strategies to increase company revenue and profitability - Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients - Analyze industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market - Provide regular updates on business development progress to the management team

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - 1 year of experience in business development or sales - Energetic and independent individual who can work effectively without direct supervision - Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing business environments - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
