Call Center Assistant

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and passionate Call Center Assistant to join our team at Harman International Industries in Abu Dhabi. In this part-time role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and support to our clients over the phone. As an Associate Level role, we require at least 3 years of previous experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming calls from customers and provide assistance with inquiries, complaints, and technical support. 2. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service in all interactions. 3. Utilize effective communication skills to ensure accurate and timely resolution of customer issues. 4. Document all customer interactions and feedback accurately in the system. 5. Collaborate with other team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives. 6. Assist with training new team members and providing ongoing support and guidance.

Requirements: 1. 3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role. 2. Strong presentation skills and emotional intelligence. 3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 4. Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. 5. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office programs. 6. Flexible schedule to accommodate varying shifts and work hours.
