Call Center Associate

Job description:

We are looking for a reliable and resilient Call Center Associate to join our team at WellCare Health Plans in Abu Dhabi. As an entry-level position, we require at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and appointments. 2. Use critical thinking and problem-solving skills to provide innovative solutions to customer issues. 3. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in the system. 4. Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues. 5. Meet and exceed performance metrics including call quality, average handle time, and customer satisfaction. 6. Continuously improve knowledge of products, services, and procedures to provide excellent customer service. 7. Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role. 2. Reliable and resilient personality traits. 3. Strong innovation and critical thinking skills. 4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 5. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software applications quickly.
