Call Center Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

Auto-Owners Insurance is seeking a passionate and confident Call Center Officer to work from home in Dubai, UAE. As an entry-level employee, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing exceptional customer service over the phone.

Responsibilities: 1. Answer inbound calls in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Assist customers with their insurance policy inquiries and provide accurate information. 3. Process policy changes, payments, and claims over the phone. 4. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure high customer satisfaction levels. 6. Follow company policies and procedures while handling customer interactions. 7. Meet and exceed customer service goals and performance targets.

Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role. 2. Passionate about helping customers and providing exceptional service. 3. Confident in communicating with customers over the phone. 4. Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage difficult conversations. 5. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. 6. Excellent people management skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
