Call Center Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

Cardinal Health is seeking a part-time Call Center Representative to join our team in Dubai, UAE. This position will be remote work, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing support to customers through inbound and outbound calls, as well as email correspondence.

Responsibilities: - Manage high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner - Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers with inquiries, issues, or requests - Accurately enter and update customer information in the database - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with professionalism and efficiency - Meet and exceed call center metrics and goals - Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to effectively assist customers

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role - Energetic and dedicated personality traits - Strong communication skills and ability to actively listen to customers - Innovative and analytical soft skills - Ability to work independently in a remote setting - High school diploma or equivalent required - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Bilingual proficiency is a plus
