Responsibilities: - Engage with customers via live chat to provide assistance, answer inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Document customer interactions and feedback for analysis and continuous improvement - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to better assist customers - Contribute to the development of chat support procedures and best practices

Requirements: - Passionate about customer service and helping others - Resilient and able to handle challenging situations with grace - Strong planning skills to effectively manage workload and prioritize tasks - Innovative mindset to propose creative solutions to customer issues - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Comfortable using technology and learning new software platforms
