Chat Support Officer

Job Description:

Dana Holding is seeking a Chat Support Officer to join our team in Abu Dhabi on a part-time basis. As an Entry Level Chat Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through chat channels. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, confident, and possess strong time management and project management skills.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and issues through chat channels in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding our products and services - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem solving - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer inquiries and issues - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Strong problem-solving skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and chat support applications - Available to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends - Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus
