Client Relations Manager

Job Description:

Harley-Davidson in Abu Dhabi is seeking a part-time Client Relations Manager to join our team. As a mid-to-senior level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 6 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. - Address client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met. - Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and loyalty. - Monitor and analyze client feedback to make recommendations for improvement. - Conduct regular client meetings and provide updates on products and services. - Stay informed about industry trends and competitors' offerings. - Assist in the development of marketing and promotional materials.
