Client Service Manager

Job Description:

As a Client Service Manager at Becton Dickinson in Dubai, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. This role requires a resourceful and dedicated individual with at least 8 years of experience in client service management.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and requirements - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients - Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention - Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to client service - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients - Provide training and support to junior client service staff

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 8 years of experience in client service management, preferably in the healthcare industry - Strong problem-solving skills and creativity in developing innovative solutions - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
