Client Support Associate

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and resourceful Client Support Associate to join our team at Hertz Global Holdings in Abu Dhabi. As an Associate Level position, you should have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a client-facing role.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction. - Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to coordinate and facilitate the resolution of client needs. - Assist in the development and implementation of client support strategies to improve overall client experience. - Utilize strong leadership and planning skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-up activities in the CRM system. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance client support services. - Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance knowledge and skills related to client support.

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a client support or customer service role. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to work independently and in a team environment. - Demonstrated leadership and planning skills. - Knowledge of CRM systems preferred.
