Client Support Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

Assurant, a leading provider of lifestyle and housing services, is seeking a Client Support Officer to work from home in Dubai. This part-time position at an associate level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in client support roles. The ideal candidate should be adaptable and confident, with strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service to clients via phone, email, and live chat - Assist clients with any inquiries or issues they may have, resolving them in a timely and professional manner - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless client experience - Identify opportunities for improvement in client support processes and procedures - Stay up to date on company products and services to better assist clients

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a client support role - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Fluency in English (additional languages a plus)
