Contact Center Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Contact Center Assistant to join our team at Weyerhaeuser. This position is remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls and emails from customers in a professional and timely manner - Assisting customers with inquiries, issues, and requests regarding products and services - Processing orders, returns, and exchanges in accordance with company policies - Resolving customer complaints and escalating issues as needed - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless customer experiences

Requirements: - At least 3 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think quickly on your feet - Highly organized with great attention to detail - Ability to work independently in a remote environment - Drive and resilience to overcome challenges and exceed expectations
