Job Description - Contact Center Officer

We are looking for a Contact Center Officer to join our team at Sears Holdings in Dubai. As a part-time position with an Associate Level seniority, we require at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: 1. Answer and respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner. 2. Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions. 3. Assist customers with order processing, refunds, and exchanges. 4. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor for resolution. 5. Maintain customer records and follow up on customer interactions. 6. Collaborate with other team members to improve customer service processes. 7. Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals.


Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. 2. Excellent customer service skills. 3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 5. Adaptable and resourceful personality traits. 6. Presentation and adaptability soft skills. 7.
