Job description:
We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Customer Care Manager to join our team at Peter Kiewit Sons’ in Dubai. As a Customer Care Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our clients.
Responsibilities: - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures - Train and supervise customer service representatives - Handle customer complaints and inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Monitor customer satisfaction and implement strategies to improve it - Analyze customer feedback and suggest improvements to products and services - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Manage key customer accounts and build strong relationships with them
Requirements: - 8+ years of experience in customer service or a related field - Energetic and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service - Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Leadership qualities to motivate and inspire a team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Bachelor’s degree in business management or a related field is preferred
