Job Description: As a Customer Care Representative at Disney in Dubai, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all guests and visitors to our theme park. You will be the first point of contact for any inquiries, complaints, or feedback from customers, and you will be expected to handle all interactions with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner - Provide information about Disney products, services, and promotions - Assist with ticket sales, reservations, and other customer transactions - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain accurate customer records and data entry - Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times - Act as a brand ambassador for Disney, promoting a positive image to customers - Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements: - 2 years of customer service experience - Driven and motivated personality traits - Strong decision-making skills - Excellent people management skills - Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus) - Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software - Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays - Visa sponsorship available for eligible candidates
