Job Description - Customer Care Specialist

Job Description:


We are currently seeking a part-time Customer Care Specialist to join our team at Jacobs Engineering Group in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a customer service role and possess a strong dedication to providing excellent customer care. As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, providing product information, resolving customer complaints, and maintaining customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media - Providing product information and assistance to customers - Resolving customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Participating in training and development activities to enhance customer service skills - Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends


Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a customer service role - Resourceful and reliable personality traits - Strong problem-solving and creativity soft skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
