Job Description:
As a Customer Service Assistant at Al Ghurair Group, you will be responsible for providing remote customer support to our clients in a professional and efficient manner. Your role will be critical in ensuring our customers receive top-notch service and have a positive experience with our organization.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with order placement, product inquiries, and issue resolution - Process returns and refunds according to company policies - Escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate department for resolution - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Work closely with the sales and operations team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer service processes and procedures - Meet and exceed customer service goals and metrics set by the company
Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service - Strong communication skills and the ability to empathize with customers - Ability to work independently in a remote setting - Confident and hardworking with a positive attitude - Emotional intelligence and cooperation in dealing with customers and colleagues - Proficient in using customer service software and tools - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Fluency in English, additional language skills are a plus
