Job Description:
Farmers Insurance Exchange is currently seeking a dedicated and driven Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Dubai. As an Associate level employee, the Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients. This part-time position requires at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: 1. Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services. 2. Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner. 3. Process orders, forms, applications, and requests. 4. Provide customers with product and service information. 5. Identify and escalate priority issues to management. 6. Maintain customer records by updating account information. 7. Assist in developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service. 2. Strong problem-solving skills. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work under pressure and handle difficult situations with tact and professionalism. 5. Persuasion skills to effectively negotiate with customers. 6. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. 7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
