Job Description - Customer Service Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:


Exelon is seeking a skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our team as a part-time remote worker. As an Associate Level professional with at least 3 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This role will require you to work independently and be highly motivated to succeed in a remote work setting.


Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide assistance and resolve issues. 2. Maintain a high level of professionalism and efficiency in all customer interactions. 3. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. 4. Use effective communication skills to relay important information to customers and colleagues. 5. Utilize problem-solving skills to address and resolve customer concerns in a timely manner. 6. Document all customer interactions and keep accurate records of customer inquiries and complaints. 7. Adhere to company policies and procedures while delivering excellent customer service.


Requirements: 1. Previous experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Strong organizational and time management abilities. 4. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required.
