Customer Success Assistant

Job description:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Customer Success Assistant to join our team at Nike in Abu Dhabi, AE. As a Customer Success Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. You will work closely with the Customer Success team to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and build strong relationships with our customers.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product information, sizing, and orders - Resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure customer satisfaction - Collaborate with the Customer Success team to identify trends and improve customer experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Work closely with other departments to facilitate seamless customer experiences - Provide feedback to management on customer issues and suggestions for improvement - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements: - Energetic and dedicated individual with a passion for providing exceptional customer service - Strong teamwork and communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Knowledge of CRM systems and customer service best practices is a plus - High school diploma or equivalent
