Job Description:
WESCO International is seeking a motivated and reliable Customer Success Assistant to join our team on a remote part-time basis. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making this a great opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in customer success.
Responsibilities: 1. Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide assistance and ensure their satisfaction with our products and services. 2. Resolve customer issues and inquiries efficiently and effectively. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and escalate issues as needed. 4. Assist in developing and implementing customer success strategies to drive business growth. 5. Provide feedback on customer trends and concerns to help improve products and services. 6. Maintain accurate customer records and documentation in our CRM system. 7. Assist in conducting customer satisfaction surveys and analyzing the results.
Requirements: 1. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 2. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 3. Time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. 4. Persuasion skills to drive customer retention and upselling opportunities. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software preferred.
