Job Description:

Principal Financial is seeking a dynamic and energetic Customer Support Representative to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As an entry-level position, this role is perfect for individuals looking to gain experience in the financial industry and provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls and emails from customers seeking assistance with their accounts - Resolving customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner - Providing information about financial products and services offered by the company - Assisting customers with account maintenance, including updating personal information and processing transactions - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Following up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any outstanding issues

Requirements: - 1 year of customer service experience preferred - Energetic and hardworking personality traits - Strong planning and adaptability skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
