Digital Marketing Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:

Raytheon is seeking a part-time Digital Marketing Manager to join our team in Dubai. This is a remote work position, allowing you to have flexibility in your work schedule. As an Associate Level Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to our website and social media platforms.

Responsibilities: - Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive lead generation - Manage all digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and online advertising - Analyze key marketing metrics and track the success of campaigns to optimize performance - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging and alignment with business goals - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing - Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and improve campaign effectiveness - Manage external agencies and vendors to support digital marketing initiatives

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in digital marketing - Confident personality with the ability to adapt to changing priorities - Strong project management and negotiation skills - Knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing best practices - Experience with Google Analytics, AdWords, and other digital marketing tools - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
