Live Chat Assistant

Job Description:

Harman International Industries is seeking a part-time Live Chat Assistant to join our team in Dubai, AE. As a Live Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for providing real-time support to customers through our online chat platform. This role requires a high level of customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner through live chat - Provide product information, troubleshoot issues, and assist with order processing - Support the sales team by engaging with customers and generating leads through chat conversations - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and provide solutions - Maintain a positive and helpful attitude in all customer interactions - Monitor chat metrics and performance to continually improve the customer experience

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a customer service or sales role - Motivated and reliable with strong communication skills - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Experience with strategic planning and problem-solving - Proficiency in using live chat software and other online communication tools - Knowledge of Harman International Industries products and services is a plus
