Live Chat Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:

Baxter International is seeking a part-time Live Chat Assistant to join our remote team in Dubai. As a Live Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through online chat platforms. This position requires a high level of energy and reliability, as well as excellent cooperation and persuasion skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers through live chat to assist with inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues in a timely manner. 2. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while communicating with customers. 3. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 4. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to customers. 6. Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies.

Requirements: 1. At least 4 years of experience in a customer service role. 2. Energetic and reliable personality traits. 3. Strong cooperation and persuasion skills. 4. Ability to work remotely and independently. 5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 6. Proficiency in relevant chat platforms and software. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required.
