Job Description:
Cognizant Technology Solutions is seeking a part-time Live Chat Assistant to join our team in Dubai. This is a remote work position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home. As an Associate Level professional with at least 4 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through live chat interactions.
Responsibilities: - Engage with customers in real-time through live chat to provide support and assistance - Answer customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide product information - Maintain a friendly and professional tone in all interactions with customers - Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to address customer needs and concerns - Utilize company resources and tools to efficiently resolve customer issues - Meet or exceed performance metrics related to response time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rate - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers
Requirements: - Resourceful and resilient individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment - Strong leadership and presentation skills - At least 4 years of experience in a customer service or sales role - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in using live chat software and other customer service tools - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred
