Job Description: Honeywell International is seeking a part-time Office Manager to join our team in Dubai. As an Entry Level Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring smooth functioning and efficiency.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring all necessary items are stocked and available. 2. Coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements for staff members. 3. Handle incoming and outgoing communication, including phone calls, emails, and mail. 4. Assist with HR tasks such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records. 5. Organize and maintain office files and documents in an efficient manner. 6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure the smooth running of office operations. 7. Provide general administrative support as needed.
Requirements: 1. Must be reliable and able to work independently. 2. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 4. Ability to think strategically and contribute innovative ideas. 5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software. 6. Previous experience in an office setting is a plus but not required.
