Job Description:
CenterPoint Energy is seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as an Office Manager for remote work in Abu Dhabi, AE. As an Entry Level position, the Office Manager will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This is a part-time position that requires at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage and coordinate office operations and procedures. 2. Organize and schedule meetings and appointments. 3. Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary. 4. Create and update records and databases. 5. Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations. 6. Perform receptionist duties when needed. 7. Develop and maintain a filing system. 8. Provide general support to visitors. 9. Assist in resolving any administrative problems.
Requirements: 1. Proven work experience as an Office Manager or similar role. 2. Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer skills. 3. Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks. 4. Strong organizational and planning skills. 5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 6. Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure. 7. High school diploma or equivalent.
