Online Call Center Associate

Discover Financial Services is seeking a motivated and resourceful Online Call Center Associate to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and technical support issues. 3. Utilize critical thinking skills to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively. 4. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. 5. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve department goals. 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 7. Provide feedback and suggestions for improving customer service processes.

Requirements: 1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 2. Strong project management skills. 3. Ability to think critically and solve problems efficiently. 4. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a call center or customer service role. 5. Resourceful and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. 6. Experience with online communication tools and CRM systems. 7. Ability to work part-time hours and flexible schedules. 8. Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
